Dynamic instructors lead
participants through exercise routines based on the major components of
fitness including cardio conditioning, flexibility training, strength
training and conditioning, as well as alignment and movement. Or try
specialty classes focused on outdoor fitness, martial arts, boxing, circuit
& sports-specific training, yoga, mature fitness and aqua fitness.
Group Exclusives
8 session progressive learning programs designed to
teach specific skills in a semi-private setting. Group personal training
taught by certified exercise specialist.
Level 1; foundation- basic skills are taught to build
strength and build confidence.
Level 2: advanced- higher level skills are taught at
an accelerated pace.
